I am applying during my Masters and am planning to continue my studies by pursuing a doctorate, but my application is pending as I have yet to sit the entrance examination. Since I am not sure how long I need to finish my study, can I assume and set my duration of scholarship as I will be going to a Doctorate?

If you are planning to go to a doctor course, you can set your duration of scholarships to the end of your doctor course up to a maximum of 3 years. However, if you do not go through with the doctoral course, we will terminate your scholarship.

No, you may type them applications out using a word processor.

Does it matter if my Professor writes a recommendation letter in a foreign language?

No, it is fine if the letter is written in a foreign language.

I am not able to obtain my current academic transcripts.

The transcripts you are able to obtain should be acceptable, but the scholarship foundation requires certified copies of your official transcripts from the university where you graduated. (Photocopies are acceptable)
